Crash Replacement Policy

Things can go wrong, which can cause time off the bike. No one wants that. So, we want to help you get back on 2 wheels as quick as possible. If you have an accident that was not your fault and your bike is damaged, contact us via email explaining what happened and with pictures of the damaged item.

We will then take a look at the item and see if it can be repaired. If we believe that a repair is not possible, we will offer you a voucher for a 50% discount on a replacement item.

For out of stock items, you can use the voucher on something new.


Crash damage policy is limited to 3 years from date of purchase. If you are not the original owner, this is reduced to 2 years from date of original purchase.

We may require the damaged item back to recycle in line with our sustainability goals.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Fair claims considered outside of the 3 year period.

Does not include minor damage.

Claims that we feel abuse this policy will be rejected. Warranty does not cover damage to your product caused by abuse.

We reserve the right to amend the repair/crash damage policy at any time without notice.

Evidence of original purchase is required.

Warranty is void if item has been modified in any way.

Warranty is not applicable to items that have been poorly maintained.

Warranty does not cover wear and tear.
